Materials provided during training remain GAT’s intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Participation in carbon offset programs is voluntary and governed by separate agreements outlining eligibility, carbon credit allocation, and verification processes.

4. Orders, Payments, and Delivery

4.1 Ordering

Orders for products or services can be placed via our website, email, or phone.
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are as listed on our website or quoted by our team, in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated, and exclude taxes or shipping unless specified.
We may adjust prices without prior notice, but this will not affect confirmed orders.

4.3 Payment

Payment is due at the time of order or as agreed for subscriptions/consultancy.
Accepted methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other options specified by GAT.
Late payments for subscriptions may result in service suspension.

4.4 Delivery

Delivery timelines and costs will be communicated at purchase.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery; we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen events.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, technologies, and materials provided by GAT (e.g., website content, product designs, training materials, analytics software) are owned by GAT or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our intellectual property without written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use as intended.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Products: Refunds or replacements for defective products are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Non-defective returns may not be accepted unless agreed otherwise.

Consultancy/Training: Refunds are subject to the specific agreement; cancellations may incur fees if within a specified notice period.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Abuja, Nigeria.

Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
